Zayachek (44) of Argyle, New York and charged him with two (2) counts of Assault in the 2nd Degree, a class D Felony, Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, a class E Felony, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, and Menacing in the 2nd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, after an investigation into a Domestic Incident in the Town of Argyle
