INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Daniel P. Zayachek (44) of Argyle, New York and charged him with two (2) counts of Assault in the 2nd Degree, a class D Felony, Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, a class E Felony, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, and Menacing in the 2nd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, after an investigation into a Domestic Incident in the Town of Argyle

Zayachek was arraigned at Washington County Centralized Arraignment and was released on his own recognizance to appear at a later time in the Town of Argyle Court.
