The Minister of National Defence Nikos Dendias, tomorrow, Friday 6 February 2026, will go to India on a state visit, following an invitation from his Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh.
In the framework of his visit to New Delhi, the Greek Minister will meet the Minister of External Affairs of India, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar(Friday 6/2/2026, 17.30 local time).
On Saturday 7 February 2026, Mr. Dendias, responding to an invitation by the Indian Minister of External Affairs, will participate in a discussion at the India - EU Forum (10.30 a.m. local time) on international developments and security matters.
On Sunday 8 February 2026, the Greek Minister will go to Bangalore (10.30 a.m. local time), which is the geographical centre of Indian companies active in the field of innovations and developing modern technologies. During the visit, he will examine the possibilities of cooperation between the Greek defence innovation ecosystem and India's counterpart.
On Monday 9 February, Mr. Dendias will have a private meeting with the Minister of Defence of India, Rajnath Singh, at New Delhi, (17.30 local time). Talks of the two delegations will follow.
