SPD is Seeking Public's Assistance in Locating Dangerous Offender

The Spokane Police Department is asking the community for assistance in locating Javier Seaman-Buckenberger (19). Officers have responded to multiple calls for service in the recent weeks and probable cause has been developed to charge him with multiple felony crimes, to include Attempted Kidnapping 1st Degree, Attempted Rape 2nd Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Residential Burglary, Theft 2nd Degree, and two counts of Theft of a Motor Vehicle

If anyone in the community sees Seaman-Buckenberger or knows of his whereabouts, please contact crime check (509-456-2233) reference incident number 2026-20086646. We urge the public to NOT engage with Seaman-Buckenberger as he is considered a danger due to the violent nature of these crimes. There is no information suggesting he is armed at this time.
