The Volusia County Environmental, Cultural, Historic, and Outdoor Recreation (ECHO) Advisory Committee will meet at 9 a.m. Friday, April 10, in the County Council Chambers of the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, 123 W. Indiana Ave., DeLand.
Staff will present an update on the 2026 grant cycle and provide quarterly progress reports on active ECHO and Direct County Expenditure projects. The committee will also review a scope change request spanning all six ECHO grants awarded to the Museum of Arts & Sciences, now operating as The Brown.
