Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced the appointment of Grzegorz Kaczor as a Partner in its Eastern European Energy, Utilities & Resources (ENUR) practice. Focused on the energy transition and oil & gas and utility sectors, Grzegorz brings over 17 years of consulting experience to ADL, combined with a deep understanding of key trends and challenges that these industries currently face. He will be based in ADL's Warsaw office, from where he will lead strategic projects around value creation, transformation, operations and transactional support.
Grzegorz began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) before then working at Deloitte. He joins from Ernst & Young Consulting, where he worked for ten years, rising to be a Partner focused on delivering transformation programs for large organizations alongside developing its wider regional energy business.

Grzegorz holds a joint MBA from the Haute Ecole de Commerce (Paris) and SGH Warsaw School of Economics, along with a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk.
