Sonoma County - Caltrans has scheduled intermittent one-way traffic control for its tree trimming/removal project on State Route 116 (SR-116) in an unincorporated part of the county, just east of the city of Petaluma.
The location is Stage Gulch near Old Adobe Road on SR-116. The project is scheduled to begin on Monday, Aug. 31 and will last about two weeks. Times are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day Mondays to Fridays. The vegetation removal is to keep our roads as safe as possible for our travelers, and work will be overseen by a certified arborist working alongside Caltrans.
