The Splunk and SAP strategic partnership has never been stronger. Earlier this summer at SAP SAPPHIRE, Splunk connected with customers exploring RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP, showcased the comprehensive capabilities of the latest PowerConnect for SAP (hello, 70% faster MTTR!), and partnered with Rhondos and Evolutio - two key players in the SAP and Splunk ecosystem. Now, as we look ahead to Splunk .conf25, it's time to bring SAP into our biggest event of the year - and we've got a lot in store together.
By far the biggest story we'll highlight at .conf25 is the huge Coke One North America (CONA) customer success story with Splunk, SAP, Rhondos, and SoftwareOne. Behind the North American Coca-Cola bottlers is a massive IT infrastructure managed by CONA, the shared IT services partner. CONA is one of the top transacting SAP customers, so you can just imagine the endless volumes of data streaming out of SAP every day.
To make sense of all this data and bring a level of enterprise-grade monitoring and observability to CONA's SAP systems, they turned to Splunk Cloud Platform on Azure. Using Splunk for SAP on Azure and PowerConnect, CONA will now have unified visibility into and across SAP, salesforce.com, and a host of priority 1 and 2 business applications. Splunk Real-User Monitoring (RUM) will also be used to monitor myCoke.com, the ecommerce platform that businesses use to manage their Coca-Cola orders. On top of all that, CONA was able to accomplish all of this through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace using enterprise agreements. Now this is a powerful example of how Splunk and SAP partner to drive customer success.
SAP is globally trusted to power critical business operations, from finance and supply chains to manufacturing and HR. But as most SAP experts know, the native tools in SAP fall short of delivering the level of enterprise-grade observability and security that's required. That's exactly why SAP customers have been relying on Splunk since our partnership began in 2019. In fact, even SAP themselves use Splunk, and we do the same for our own SAP landscape. Combined, our customers use Splunk for end-to-end SAP observability, better correlation of SAP data with infrastructure and security telemetry, and faster response to incidents.
For those who can't make it to .conf25, here's a quick recap of what we've recently been doing with SAP. These advancements clearly demonstrate why Splunk is the observability and security platform of choice for thousands of SAP customers.
If you're an SAP customer attending .conf25, get ready for a lot of SAP action - five sessions, partner celebrations with Rhondos and Evolutio (these guys always put on a great party), announcements, and in-depth conversations with our SAP experts. If your business runs on SAP, these are the must-attend sessions.
