Andrew County Route D will close for emergency culvert replacement…
St. Joseph, Mo. - Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation will close Andrew County Route D Thursday, Sept. 18 for a culvert replacement.
Traffic Impacts: Route D will be closed from Route 48 to 198th Street, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Motorists should seek an alternate route.
