Alexandria, Va. - Attendees will join a faculty comprised of 11 active and retired judges, along with top regional practitioners and leading academics at ABI's 2026 Northeast Bankruptcy Conference and Consumer Forum, taking place July 13-15 at the Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa in Newport, R.I. Advising a small/mid-market company in distress, ethics in AI, cleaning up a fraud-based bankruptcy and more will be discussed by expert panels at the conference. The programming also includes a special "Seaside Chat Session" featuring ABI Editor-at-Large Bill Rochelle, who will discuss several key bankruptcy topics with three active and retired judges in a casual setting.
Co-chairs for the Northeast Bankruptcy Conference are Matthew Flynn of Verdolino & Lowey, P.C. (Foxborough, Mass.) and Kellie W. Fisher of Drummond Woodsum (Portland, Maine). Bankruptcy Judge Christopher J. Panos (D. Mass.; Boston) is the judicial chair.
