Allen interviewed about U.S. military strategy
Michael Allen, professor and political science program lead, was recently interviewed about the U.S. military strategy in Southeast Asia in response to China's activities in the region.
Michael Allen"The U.S. strategy is to deploy force with sufficient deterrent capacity to check the use of force," said Allen, "Its goal is to reassure its allies and partners, and create robust partnerships that will dissuade Chinese expansionism in the region."
