The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Mesa Natural Gas Solutions LLC (F027039, P0040498):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Mesa Natural Gas Solutions LLC to renew Air Quality Permit P0028455 expiring on December 1, 2025, and to modify this permit which authorizes a portable engine fleet as follows: (1) increase the operating engine limit from 350 to 450 portable engines to accommodate additional engine models, (2) allow flexibility to install any approved engine model for engine units which have not yet been constructed, (3) expand the list of previously approved operating counties to include Bighorn, Hot Springs, Sheridan, Teton, and Washakie counties, and (4) modify Condition 16 of Air Quality Permit P0028455 such that engine identification placards be installed at the time of initial compliance testing rather than within fifteen (15) days of startup as required in the permit.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F027039 and permit number P0040498 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Natrona County Library, Casper, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Natrona County Clerk's Office, Casper, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
