CalWater Notification: Conservation Requested During Emergency Water Main Repair

California Water Service crews continue working to repair a water main leak affecting portions of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. While repairs are underway, customers west of Crenshaw Boulevard and south of Palos Verdes Drive North are asked to conserve as much water as possible to help prevent a water service interruption.

Residents in the affected area are requested to:

  • Turn off all irrigation systems
  • Avoid doing laundry
  • Limit indoor water use to essential health and safety needs only

Customers experiencing no water service or low water pressure who need to purchase bottled water may submit receipts for reimbursement through California Water Service, submit your name and account number, and mail it to: California Water Service, Attn: Bottled Water Reimbursement, 2632 West 237th St., Torrance, CA 90505.

Repair work is expected to take several hours. Updates and additional information are available at:

Thank you for your cooperation and patience as CalWater crews work to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
