Dance for Democracy, March 20

The Andrew Goodman Foundation and the Center for Urban Research, Teaching and Outreach will host Dance for Democracy on Friday, March 20, at 8 p.m. in the AMU Monaghan Ballrooms.

Dance for Democracy is a lively, campuswide celebration that blends civic engagement with cultural expression, music and community building.

The event invites students to explore democracy through joy, culture, movement and shared experiences rather than through traditional lectures.

As the United States approaches the 250th anniversary of American democracy, the program will create space for students to connect civic participation with identity, belonging and justice which are key elements of Marquette's Catholic, Jesuit mission.

Students can register here.
