Latino Voters Showed Up. Here's What Comes Next.

Dear NALEO Members and Supporters,

Latino voters made their voices heard yesterday, and many of you helped make that possible by sharing our hotline, standing behind our election principles, and answering your constituents' questions. Latino voters are America's ultimate swing voters, and yesterday they proved it. Two years ago, analysts called it a realignment. This year, they moved again, by double digits. They also turned out in force, and many of you helped make that possible. In a year when many families were anxious, your leadership showed Latino voters that their voices matter and that someone in office is listening. You shared our hotline, stood behind our election principles, and answered your constituents' questions when it counted.

Here's where things stand: how Latinos showed up, what drove them, the numbers behind that turnout, the Latino candidates who made history, what drove voters and what it means for you, why some races are still being counted, how our hotline served voters, and where our election principles stand. We've also prepared a messaging guide to help you answer the questions you're getting now.
