Seawolf Dining and Catering is excited to invite employees to experience the hydroponic garden and enjoy some of the fresh products growing on the Anchorage campus.
Our hydroponic system is currently producing an abundance of fresh basil and cilantro, and we're opening it up for UAA employees to come harvest some for themselves.
This is a great opportunity to see how Seawolf is investing in sustainability, innovation, and locally grown ingredients, while taking home something fresh to enjoy.
Feel free to take what you need on Friday, May 8. If you're able, please bring a small bag or container.
