June-July 2026 Provider Payment Schedule and Provider Service Center Holiday Hours
The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services will operate on an updated schedule for Healthy Connections Medicaid claims submission and/or payments in June-July 2026.
Due to the federal holiday, claims submitted by Monday, June 12, 2026, for payment date Friday, June 19, 2026, will be dated Friday, June 19, 2026, however, the Automated Clearing House file for this payment date will not be available until Monday, June 22, 2026.
Due to the observance of the Independence Day holiday, Friday, June 26, 2026, is the deadline to submit claims for payment date Friday, July 3, 2026. Payments will run Monday, June 29, 2026, and electronic remittance advice will be available Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Payments will be dated Friday, July 3, 2026, as usual. The schedule will return to the normal payment cycle on payment date Friday, July 3, 2026.
Please refer any questions or concerns regarding this bulletin to the Provider Service Center (PSC) at (888) 289-0709. The PSC's regular hours of operation are 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday. The PSC will be closed Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
