Update on Federal Action on Dyed Diesel Fuel

Palmdale Oil Company is following new guidance from the Florida Department of Revenue on dyed diesel. Effective October 6, dyed diesel may be used in Florida for certain agricultural purposes.
This authorization is limited and does not apply to personal, recreational, or other commercial use. If your use isn't agricultural, please continue fueling as you normally do.
Many details are still being finalized at the state and federal levels. Palmdale Oil Company continues to work closely with the Florida Petroleum Marketers Association (FPMA) and will share updates as more information becomes available.
