City of Larkspur Rental Registry

The City has sent notice to all identified landlords providing notification asking for participation in Larkspur's rental registry.

Effective May 8, 2023, the City adopted Ordinance No. 1067, known as the Rent Stabilization Ordinance("Ordinance"). Under the Ordinance, the City shall create a rental registry and all landlords with rental units in the City shall complete and submit registration forms for each rental unit. Landlords are asked to register no later than June 2, 2025. To register rental unit(s) or claim rental unit(s) exempt from the Ordinance, please go to the City's Rental Registry website at https://www.rentalregistry.cityoflarkspur.org.
