NORWICH, CT - Today, Congressman Joe Courtney (CT-02) issued the following statement after the Supreme Court ruledDOGE can access sensitive Social Security records.
"The Supreme Court's reckless decision to open the vault of every American's sensitive personal information to an unaccountable group of interlopers is astounding. Since last January, my office has been peppered with calls from constituents of all ages outraged by DOGE's intrusion. It is time for Republican Members of Congress - who claim to be in favor of smaller government - to join a bipartisan majority to block this DOGE trespass on individual privacy."
