Wentworth Institute of Technology is encouraging all students, faculty, and staff to take a well-deserved break and prioritize their mental and physical health during the upcoming Wellbeing Day on Tuesday, October 7. Building on the success of the spring event, the day will feature a variety of activities and resources designed to promote a culture of care and rejuvenation across the campus.
Classes will be suspended for the day, allowing the entire Wentworth community to engage in activities that best suit their needs, whether it's relaxation, pursuing personal interests, or connecting with colleagues and friends.
"We are thrilled to bring back Wellbeing Day this fall, offering our entire community an essential opportunity to pause and intentionally focus on their health," said Maura Mulligan, Associate Dean for Health and Wellness.

"We encourage everyone to step away from their daily routines and participate in the scheduled events," Mulligan added. "Our goal is to provide a supportive and engaging environment where everyone in our community can recharge and learn new strategies for maintaining a healthy lifestyle."
