INVITATION TO BID NO. 27-005
ON-CALL FACILITIES SERVICES-TRADES, MECHANICAL & FUEL TANK MAINTENANCE

The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified Contractors to perform on-call services for the following: A. General Building Improvement Contractors, B. On-Call Mechanical Services-HVAC, C. On-Call Electrical Services, D. On-Call Mechanical Services-Plumbing, E. On-Call Maintenance-Fuel Tank Services, and F. On-Call Painting Services.

Solicitation documents may be obtained on the County's eProcurement Portal located at www.CharlesCountyMD.gov. Click on "Business", then "Bid Board/e-Procurement". This solicitation is subject to the Small Local Business Enterprise Program (SLBE), in which registered Charles County SLBE firms responding to this solicitation may receive a preference in accordance with the provisions of the Program. Bidders are encouraged to utilize certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises to the maximum extent possible when responding to this solicitation.

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received when such a waiver is in the best interest of Charles County. Charles County Government is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
