Martin Energy Group to expand in Tipton, investing $1.7 million and creating 225 new jobs

Martin Energy Group (MEG), a leading solutions provider for generator packages, combined heat and power systems, microgrids, and anaerobic digester design and construction, announced today that it will expand in Tipton, investing $1.7 million and creating 225 new jobs.

Founded in Pennsylvania, MEG is built on a foundation of integrity and sound business principles, deeply rooted in the local community. Over the years, the company has expanded its reach internationally, with its headquarters now located in Tipton. The company's expertise spans a broad range of industries, including greenhouses, hospitals, universities, landfills, wastewater treatment plants, agricultural facilities, mining operations, oil fields, and beyond.

New jobs added as part of MEG's expansion will pay an average wage well above the county average.

For this expansion, Martin Energy Group will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.
