Pinal County Confirms First Pediatric Flu Death in Arizona

Notice is hereby given that Pinal County will consider a proposed comprehensive update of the Pinal County Development Services, Code, Title 1 - General Code Provisions, and Title 2 - Zoning, also known as the Pinal County Zoning Ordinance.

Pinal County is announcing the notice of a

90-day public review draft for the Pinal County Zoning Ordinance. This is the first comprehensive revision of the Zoning Ordinance since 2012 and represents a complete update and modernization. The Zoning Ordinance is being revised to establish new and modified land use regulations to guide future development and design throughout unincorporated Pinal County.

The timeframe to review the Public Review is January 16, 2025, through April 15, 2025. Pinal County will allow comments to be submitted online to the Community Development-Development Services Department from January 16, 2025, until 5:00 p.m. on April 15, 2025.
