New Miscellaneous Case Openings
Effective 2/15/22, all Miscellaneous Case Opening documents must be filed electronically in CM/ECF by the attorney. The Clerk's Office will no longer accept miscellaneous case opening documents in paper format in person or by mail, unless the documents are submitted with an application to file under seal pursuant to NDNY L.R. 5.3 or the type of miscellaneous case filed does not require the filing attorney to be admitted to the NDNY Bar.
