VENTURA, Calif. - Patagonia announced today that its board of directors has a new chair and two new members.
Claire Chouinard, daughter of Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard is assuming the role of board chair from Charles Conn, who held the role since 2019. Conn will remain on the board as a member and close advisor to Claire Chounard in her new role.
The new members are Barbara Martin Coppola, former CEO of Decathlon and chief digital officer of Ikea; and Natasha Chand, former vice president of corporate development of Levi Strauss & Co., business unit director of Target and co-founder and CEO of private brands at Amazon.
Coppola and Chand join current board members Claire Chouinard, Fletcher Chouinard, Malinda Chouinard, Yvon Chouinard, Charles Conn, Daniel Emmett, Ryan Gellert, Ayana Elizabeth Johnson,and Kris Tompkins.
