Mercor Acquires Sepal AI

Mercor.io Corporation, an AI-driven recruiting and talent platform, has acquired Sepal AI, Inc., a data research company with a mission to advance human knowledge & capabilities through safe AI.

Orrick advised Mercor on the transaction.

THE COMPANIES

Mercor is an AI-driven recruiting and talent platform that connects specialized professionals with companies, with a focus on training AI models for leading AI labs.

Sepal AI is a data development platform specializing in creating high-quality training data, evaluation benchmarks, and Reinforcement Learning (RL) environments for frontier Large Language Models (LLMs).

THE IMPACT
