【続報】個人に関する情報の取り扱いに関する事案の対応状況についてのご報告

2026年4月10日に公表いたしました個人の情報の取り扱いに関する事案につきまして、
対象となる皆様へのご連絡および個人情報保護委員会への報告が完了いたしましたので、ご報告いたします。

現在まで、本事案に起因する被害は確認されておりません。
また、再発防止に向けた運用改善および職員への周知徹底を実施しております。
関係者の皆様には、ご心配をおかけしましたことを改めてお詫び申し上げます。

当財団では引き続き個人情報保護の徹底に努めてまいります。
