Paycom employees provide hunger-relief during Hunger Action Month

OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 30, 2024)- Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) ("Paycom"), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated a total of $45,000 to local food banks in Oklahoma City, North Texas and Feeding America. The donation was made possible through Paycom's employee giving program and company dollar-for-dollar match.

"Through generous donations and meaningful volunteer work, Paycom team members are committed to making a lasting impact."

In addition to the donation, over 170 Paycom team members helped pack meals for hunger-relief efforts at Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and Tarrant Area Food Bank in North Texas. Internally, the company hosted food drives to increase the impact.

"The Regional Food Bank is incredibly grateful and humbled for the support we receive from Paycom and its employees," said Stacy Dykstra, chief executive officer of Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. "Not only have Paycom employees helped provide thousands of meals through their donations, but they also volunteer their time to package and sort food in the Regional Food Bank Volunteer Center."

Paycom's contribution will help sustain programs for the 53 counties that are served in central and western Oklahoma and the 13 counties the Tarrant Area Food bank serves in North Texas. Through prior donations, Paycom has provided Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma with approximately 530,000 meals to date.

The Paycom employee giving program supports a multitude of local and national causes, including youth programming, mental health treatment and programs for individuals living with disabilities. Paycom selects a wide range of nonprofits every year so employees can donate to an organization that aligns with their values. Additionally, the company matches every dollar donated through the employee giving program.
