Numantec, a leading global developer, manufacturer and distributor of infusion medical devices, announced that the Private Equity business at Goldman Sachs Alternatives has agreed to acquire a majority stake in the Company from White Bridge Investments and other existing shareholders.
VIADANA, Italy - July 27, 2026 - Today, Numantec (the "Company"), a leading global developer, manufacturer and distributor of infusion medical devices, announced that the Private Equity business at Goldman Sachs Alternatives has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in the Company from White Bridge Investments and other existing shareholders.
Building on Numantec's track record of above-market growth, comprehensive product portfolio and track record in acquisitions, Goldman Sachs Alternatives is excited to partner with management on the Company's next stage of growth, focused on scaling its existing footprint and product portfolio, acquiring and developing new products, and expanding into new geographies and channels.
Headquartered in Viadana, Italy, Numantec develops, manufactures, and distributes infusion medical devices designed to enhance patient care and safety. Numantec employs approximately 600 people and operates seven state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities across Europe and the United States. The Company has delivered strong organic growth, supported by its comprehensive portfolio of innovative solutions serving highly recurring and non-discretionary clinical needs. Its diversified platform is well positioned to benefit from structural trends shaping the global medical consumables market.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in Q4 2026.
