Beginning January 2026, graduate students in Western Washington University's Psychology Department will provide individual counseling under faculty supervision in the Counseling Training Clinic. These services are free and available to community members.
The Counseling Training Clinic offers individual counseling for adults, teens and children. In-person services are offered for all ages, with remote telehealth services for individuals aged 13 and older. Appointments are available from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday and sessions are held from January to June.
Counselors are trained to help with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, vocational choices, grief, communication problems, parent-child conflicts and childhood issues.
The Counseling Training Clinic at Western Washington University has been a valuable resource for Bellingham and the surrounding communities for over 35 years.

NOTE: The Counseling Training Clinic is unable to see WWU students. Students will be referred to WWU's Counseling and Wellness Center.
