City Launches Satisfaction Survey
It's that time again! We are interested in your feedback!
On Monday, September 8, we're launching our annual poll gauging customer satisfaction with City services. Through a random selection process, residents may be receiving a text or call to invite their participation. Check out feedback we've received since 2017.
At the October 13 City Council meeting, we'll have a brief presentation on the results from John Horvick of DHM Research.
