EV 3-390 FFD Approval of the Vacation of Portions of 2 Section Line Easements - Gold Channel Subdivision
PUBLIC NOTICE:
Notice of Final Finding & Decision
Section Line Easement Vacation
EV 3-390
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water has issued a Final Finding & Decision (FFD) to vacate portions of two RS 2477 section line easements. The subject portions of the RS 2477 section line easements are within Lot 2B and Lot 2C, of the Replat of Lots 1 and 2 Gold Channel Subdivision, as depicted on Plat 87-118, recorded in the Fairbanks Recording District on December 14, 1987. This action falls within the SW¼SW¼ of Section three and the NW¼NW¼ of Section ten, T1S, R2W, F.M., Alaska as depicted on Attachment A. The proposed vacation has been reviewed by Fairbanks North Star Borough and has been deemed acceptable. Please see the Final Finding & Decision for full details.
The Preliminary Decision for EV 3-390 was publicly noticed from April 22, 2025 to May 22, 2025.
