Dentons appoints Cornelius Grossmann as Global Head of Solutions Development

Dentons, the world's largest global law firm, has announced that Cornelius Grossmann has been appointed Global Head of Solutions Development. He will lead the Firm's Global Solutions Group to expand and enhance client solutions globally.

Cornelius brings extensive leadership experience to this new role, having served as the Global Managing Partner of EY's Legal Practice from 2010 to 2023. During his tenure, Cornelius played a pivotal role in expanding the Firm's legal practices in Germany, Europe and as of 2013 globally, growing the practice to 3,500 legal professionals in more than 80 countries. The Firm also became a leader in the global brand charts as Alternative Legal Services Provider.

The Global Solutions Group will focus on delivering integrated, high-impact solutions that provide significant value across key markets. In collaboration with Dentons Clients & Markets and Business Technology teams, Cornelius will lead the group's efforts to deploy cutting-edge technology to enhance the Firm's competitive advantage.

Cornelius received his JD from the University of Freiburg and has more than 25 years of professional experience in providing legal advisory services to businesses.
