Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of Dallas Awards TSAHC With $100,000 Grant Under its State HFA Education Grant Program

The Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of Dallas has awarded TSAHC a $100,000 grant as part of its State HFA Education Grant program. TSAHC will utilize these funds to support our 2026 Housing Connection training for housing counselors, as well as new educational resources for consumers interested in purchasing a home.
FHLB of Dallas has been a long-time supporter of TSAHC's programs. In addition to providing grant and sponsorship support for our training programs for housing nonprofits and consumers, FHLB has also provided capital to support and grow our Texas Housing Impact Fund lending program for developers. We continue to be grateful for their support and partnership!
