WAUSAU, WI - Today, Congressman Tom Tiffany (WI-07) issued the following statement after the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians relented on their unlawful road closures and a federal judge ordered the Biden administration to "take immediate action to prevent an effort by anyone to restrict access" to the roads in question. The order comes after a previous ruling directed that the roads should not be restricted.
