Lucid Motors Statement Regarding Vendor Cybersecurity Incident

Lucid has been made aware that one of our vendors suffered a cybersecurity incident and we are working closely with them to take steps to contain and investigate the matter.
Our review to date confirms that the vendor had no access to customer data nor to information that could be used to interfere with the operation of our vehicles or core business. Retail and production activities are not affected.
We are working with investigators and law enforcement to identify those responsible, protect our intellectual property, and pursue all available civil and criminal remedies.
