June 2026 Distributions
On June 23, 2026, the Fund declared regular distributions for its Shares in the amount per share set forth below:

Additionally, on June 23, 2026, the Fund declared special distributions for its Shares in the amount of $0.11 per share. The special distributions are payable to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2026 and will be paid on or about July 31, 2026.
These distributions will be paid in cash or reinvested in additional Shares for shareholders participating in the Fund's distribution reinvestment plan.
