The Zander model home is now open for tours in Eastlyn.

Tampa, FL (February 11, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, has opened their newest model home, The Zander, for tours in the Bradenton, FL, community of Eastlyn.

In Eastlyn, buyers can select from seven floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 1,722 to 2,815 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, up to one half bath and two- to three-car garages.

The Zander model home is 2,414 square feet and showcases four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath, a two-car garage and a retreat. The model home is open for tours daily at 15212 Eastlyn Drive from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon-6 p.m. Sunday.
