Preserve on Ash welcomes first residents

Mayor Duggan, City & community partners celebrated the opening of Preserve with a ribbon-cutting this week.

Preserve on Ash I delivers 69 new mixed-income rental homes across five buildings, with 48 units affordable to households earning between 30 and 60 percent AMI, including 22 units supported by project-based vouchers so rents are based on household income. The development also includes more than 5,800 square feet of retail space and is part of a broader, multi-phase effort led by The Community Builders to bring 160 new mixed-income rental units to North Corktown.
