Two Host Properties Earn LEED Gold and LEED Silver Certification

Two Host properties have earned LEED® certification, further advancing our commitment to owning one of the most sustainable and resilient portfolios in the lodging industry. Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa earned LEED Gold® certification, and The Canyon Suites at The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale earned LEED Silver® certification.

LEED® Certification Highlights*:

• 28 LEED-certified properties, including six LEED Gold® hotels as well as Host's corporate headquarters
• 37.3% of our consolidated portfolio is now LEED-certified, keeping Host on track to achieve its 40% target by 2030
• 9.5 million square feet of certified space
• 300% increase in certifications since 2019
