Lauren Marturano, CEO of Zinnia

Planning offsites just got easier.

Atlanta Ventures is excited to announce our most recent Studio company, Zinnia, led by co-founder and CEO, Lauren Marturano.

With 74% of companies going remote and hybrid, leaders know that bringing teams together in person is more important than ever. But planning offsites is time consuming and difficult, up to 120 hours of planning per event.

That is where Zinnia comes in - in as little as 20 clicks, you can have your offsite expertly planned from end-to-end. Zinnia offers impactful offsites, effortlessly.

Lauren joined Atlanta Ventures as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence in March of this year with a passion for technology and community. Zinnia combines these two passions in a massive and growing market.

Who is Lauren Marturano?

Lauren Marturano builds community wherever she goes. She founded a clean water non-profit, started the Carolina's Salesforce Women's Network (as a top sales rep), sat on the board of Women at Microsoft (also as a top sales rep), and co-founded the Charlotte Founder's Circle.

As COO and CEO, she launched and grew a community-focused web3 fintech before joining Atlanta Ventures in Spring 2022.

Lauren's leadership, focus, drive, and vision are tremendous and we feel lucky to be on this ride alongside her!

What is Zinnia?

Zinnia is an end-to-end, technology-first offsite planning experience. Location, venues, and activities are customized to a bespoke event aligned with your company's goals and budget.

If you believe in the power of in-person connection and don't have time to plan everything in house, join the Zinnia waitlist here.
