ENSEK Announces Founders' Transition and Leadership Update

We have successfully built our new C-suite leadership team, reshaping roles for some of our existing senior leaders and recruiting new talent to ensure we are best placed to take ENSEK forward to the next stage of its development.

We are now embarking on this next chapter of ENSEK's growth, including expanding internationally and launching our energy orchestration modular platform and AI-enhanced platform tools.

As a result, the original founders of the business, Jon Slade, Arran Stevenson and James Kirk, have decided that now is the right moment to complete the planned transition process which will see them step back by the end of this year to let the new team take forward the business and fulfil its growth plan into 2027 and beyond.

Jon, Arran and James leave with our gratitude and thanks for the enormous contribution they have made in founding and developing ENSEK into the industry leading energy retail orchestration platform that it is today.

Grace Rothery will take on the role of interim CEO working alongside the existing C suite. Jon will continue to support the business in an advisory role until March 2027.
