Four from JBT Graduate from PA Bankers Association Schools


Leisey has 18 years of banking experience and is JBT's Assistant Vice President, Regional Manager with oversight of the bank's Lancaster County branches in Ephrata, Manheim, and Lititz. In that role, Leisey is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, expanding commercial lending opportunities, overseeing business development initiatives in the region as well as strengthening client relationships and emphasizing exceptional customer service to the branch teams.

With 22 years of banking experience, Via is a Commercial Lender with JBT. She is responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships, evaluating credit opportunities, structuring loans, and providing financial guidance to support the growth of local businesses. Via works closely with clients throughout the lending process.

Among the areas covered in PA Bankers School of Commercial Lending are business development, credit structuring, the practical application of commercial lending knowledge, and client and internal communication.

Moyer has been with JBT for 16 years and is the bank's Vice President, Operations Manager. She is responsible for managing the daily activities of both Deposit Operations and Loan Operations, as well as directing the human resources functions of both departments and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, Moyer develops written and policy procedures for the departments she manages.

Smith serves as JBT's Assistant Vice President, Client Resource Center Manager. Smith has 24 years of banking experience and manages JBT's client services, including the Inbound Call Center, overdraft program, online account opening services and other methods of client contact.

The PA Bankers School of Banking provides a broad base of knowledge of the financial services industry. Areas covered include the banking system, understanding bank financial statements, marketing to customers, compliance, lending, as well as management tools such as motivation and supervision.
