DALLAS - ​​Last night, Dallas ISD hosted its annual State of the District at the Winspear Opera House, celebrating the progress and impact shaping schools across the district. The event highlighted inspiring stories from students, educators, and leaders, and featured student performances. During the program, Dallas ISD announced the 2025-2026 Educator of the Year Awards, honoring outstanding teachers and principals.

Dallas ISD upcoming budget meetings
Dallas ISD will host a series of budget meetings in the coming weeks to discuss the planning process for the 2026-2027 school year, including two sessions this week. Community members are encouraged to attend to learn more about priorities, funding decisions, and how resources are allocated across the district. The meetings also provide an opportunity for families and stakeholders to ask questions and share feedback.
