TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - DelDOT Traffic Alert - I-95 / SR 896 Interchange - Upcoming Closures

I-95 / SR 896 INTERCHANGE - UPCOMING CLOSURES

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces there will be daytime lane closures on the southbound I-95 off ramp to southbound SR 896 for concrete work (Monday - Tuesday). There will be daytime lane closures on northbound SR 72 for truck access (Monday - Friday). Northbound I-95 is reduced to 3 lanes north of the SR 896 interchange to the Service Plaza (around the clock).

I-95 AND RAMP IMPACTS

· Monday September 14 and Tuesday September 15: daytime lane closure, SB I-95 off-ramp to SB SR 896 (7AM - ; 5PM)

SR 896 IMPACTS

· No Impacts

SR 72 IMPACTS

· Monday September 14 through Friday September 18: daytime lane closure, NB SR 72, Old Baltimore Pike to Bellevue Road (7AM - 3PM)
