Grover Beach to Host Family-Friendly Trunk or Treat Event at 16th Street Park

Ready to get spooky? The City of Grover Beach, in partnership with the Grover Beach Rotary Club, is excited to invite the community to its annual Trunk or Treat event on Friday, Oct. 24, at 16th Street Park from 5 p.m. until dark!

Trunk or Treat is a beloved October tradition that offers a safe and festive environment for children to trick-or-treat out of decorated car trunks provided by local businesses and community members. Families are encouraged to come in costume and enjoy a fun-filled evening in the park.

"Trunk or Treat is one of those special events that really brings our community together," said Grover Beach Mayor Kassi Dee. "It's a great way for families to celebrate Halloween, and we're proud to partner with the Rotary Club and other local organizations to make it happen. We hope to see everyone there!"

The first 300 children to arrive will receive free goodie bags, and everyone can enjoy complimentary hot dogs provided by the Grover Beach Rotary Club. Plus, don't miss a special display from the Grover Beach Police Department!

"Halloween is a special time of year for families, and events like Trunk or Treat are a great way to kick off the holiday season here in Grover Beach," said Grover Beach City Manager Matthew Bronson. "We look forward to seeing residents of all ages come together to enjoy an evening of fun to welcome in the fall."
