New York, NY - June 9, 2026 - Andover Properties, an investment firm specializing in alternative real estate asset classes, announced today that it has acquired a two-property self storage portfolio in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. The portfolio, consisting of facilities in Denver and Lakewood, CO, totals approximately 155,500 net rentable square feet across 1,790 units. The acquisition further expands Andover's national footprint and underscores the firm's continued commitment to high-quality self storage assets in growing urban markets.

The first property, located at 4501 Washington Street in Denver, was built in 2018 and offers predominantly climate-controlled storage, along with a selection of drive-up accessible units. The second property, located at 9720 West Colfax Avenue in Lakewood, was built in 2017 and offers climate-controlled units. Both properties are high quality institutional assets that are well located in supply constrained markets.
