Selig passes the torch

Steve Selig, one of the most esteemed businessmen in Atlanta, has decided to stop running his family's real estate empire day to day and has picked his daughter and nephew to succeed him.

Selig Enterprises will be led by co-CEOs Mindy Selig and Greg Lewis starting Jan.1, the firm announced. Steve, 82, will remain as chairman and as co-owner alongside his sister, Cathy Selig.
