有關本行與佳鋐建設、曾OO (以下稱信託委託人)終止『佳鋐首耀』案預售屋價金信託關係事宜。

本案茲因信託目的完成，本行與信託委託人於115年10月19日終止台中市梧棲區庄北段『佳鋐首耀』案預售屋價金信託關係，並返還承購戶繳入本行信託專戶之價金予佳鋐建設(股)公司，且自即日起不再提供該案預售屋價金信託查詢服務，承購戶如有任何疑義請洽佳鋐建設(股)公司。
