Dentons promotes Bruno Steneri to Senior Manager Associate in its Uruguay office

Dentons Jiménez de Aréchaga is pleased to announce the promotion of Bruno Steneri to Senior Manager Associate of the Firm.

As a Senior Associate in the Montevideo office, Bruno has developed extensive experience in asset recovery and insolvency matters, corporate reorganizations (including restructurings and refinancings), and antitrust investigations. He is also actively involved in litigation, primarily in commercial matters.

Bruno is a member of the Firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Insurance and Reinsurance, and Competition/Antitrust teams.

Among his most recent matters, he represented Grupo Vía Central in injunction proceedings related to the Central Railway Project, advises The Trump Organization on the restructuring of Trump Tower Punta del Este, and counsels Zurich Santander Seguros Uruguay S.A. in its day-to-day operations and policyholder claims.

Bruno has also built a distinguished academic career and currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Insolvency Law Department at the University of Montevideo. He is the author and co-author of several specialized publications in insolvency and commercial law.
